Kerr Accountants has a fixed fee quote policy. All our clients will be informed of the fee quote prior to any work being carried out and initial consultations are never charged for. All our fees are all inclusive, meaning that they come with unlimited meetings, phone calls, queries, reviews, support and training.

Most accountants bill per hour, meaning that if you pick up the phone and want to get your accountant’s opinion, you will receive an additional fee for it. We, at Kerr Accountants, have always been of the opinion that “per hour” billing discourages clients coming to their accountant.

With our unlimited meetings and phone calls policy, we actively encourage clients to bounce any business question that they might have off us. We have dealt with thousands of clients over the decades and there is not a lot of questions and problems we have not dealt with before.
